1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all access and use of the kab111 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you, the user ("Player", "you", "your"), and kab111 ("we", "us", "our", "kab111").

Access to or use of the kab111 Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This includes browsing the site without an account, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game. You agree that your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that game or promotion only, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active kab111 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account use.
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where your participation would be unlawful.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of kab111 or any affiliated entity.
• Not be self-excluded from kab111 or any other gambling platform under a formal self-exclusion agreement.
• Not have a previously closed kab111 account that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

kab111 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All deposits made and any winnings accumulated during such a period will be forfeited, and funds may be returned at kab111's sole discretion after investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the kab111 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, device IDs, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 21 or older).
• Your residential address within Pakistan.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kab111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep this information secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact kab111 support immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kab111 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kab111 does not apply any currency conversion to Player funds. Your account balance, bonuses, stakes, and winnings are all denominated in PKR at all times.

Deposits

• kab111 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer (IBFT).
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.
• Most mobile wallet (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) deposits are credited to your kab111 account instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on your bank's processing times.
• kab111 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method-specific limits.
• kab111 processes withdrawal requests within its published processing window. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal screen.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before any withdrawal request will be approved.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kab111 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit match promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered Players. Acceptance of any bonus offer constitutes agreement to the specific terms of that offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as "playthrough") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the promotion detail.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account without replacement.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit per spin or per bet may apply. Exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in voiding the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: kab111 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has abused the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to multi-accounting, bet hedging across accounts, or structured play designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and in-play wagering conducted through the kab111 sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, kabaddi, and all other listed sports markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation except where a Cash Out feature is explicitly available and has been successfully exercised prior to event conclusion.
• kab111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly published in error (palpable error). Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's account in full.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at kab111's discretion.
• For cricket matches abandoned due to weather, kab111 follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where an official result is declared. If no official result is declared and insufficient overs have been bowled to apply DLS, markets will be settled as void.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• kab111 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or winnings on any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of consistent winning patterns that suggest professional arbitrage activity.
• All bet settlements are final once settled. Any disputes must be raised with kab111 customer support within seven (7) days of settlement.

7 Casino & Game Rules

The following rules apply to all casino products on the kab111 Platform, including live dealer tables, slot games, and in-house titles such as Hi-Lo and Crazy 777.

• RNG Integrity: All kab111 casino games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified to produce statistically random, non-manipulated outcomes. Neither kab111 nor any of its staff can influence game outcomes after a round has been initiated.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to the specific rules of each table as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round outcome will be determined by the game's natural conclusion as recorded by the live dealer studio. Interrupted rounds that cannot be reconstructed will be void and stakes refunded.
• Software Errors: If a casino game or sportsbook product malfunctions or produces an obviously erroneous result (e.g., a slot crediting a win several orders of magnitude beyond any published paytable maximum), kab111 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake. No liability is accepted for losses attributable to a player's own technical environment.
• Game Availability: kab111 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify game titles and their availability at any time without prior notice.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of rounds. Individual session results may deviate significantly from the stated RTP.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kab111 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Money Laundering: Using kab111 to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds derived from any unlawful activity, or to conduct any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on any sporting event, cricket match, or other competition where you have advance knowledge of a predetermined result, or where you are involved in influencing the outcome.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one kab111 account under the same or different identities for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any card game, live dealer table, tournament, or other competitive format.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your kab111 account.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting or taking advantage of any software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction to gain funds that would not otherwise be awarded under normal Platform operation.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to kab111 by any person under 21 years of age, including sharing account credentials with a minor.

9 Responsible Gaming

kab111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should not be viewed as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a solution to financial difficulties.

As a registered kab111 Player, you have access to the following responsible gaming tools at all times, directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits can be decreased immediately. Increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. You will receive an on-screen notification when your session limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours up to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from kab111. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kab111 Platform — including but not limited to the kab111 name, logo, brand marks, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kab111 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kab111 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any kab111 brand mark, logo, or trade name without express prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kab111's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kab111 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond kab111's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment processor delays, government action, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that was subsequently corrected.
• Technical issues, interruptions, or errors originating from your own device, browser, or internet connection.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by kab111's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

kab111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward kab111 staff or other players.
• Account being used by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Player breach, kab111 will return the verified real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method, net of any applicable deductions, within a reasonable period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kab111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kab111 will notify registered Players by displaying a notice on the Platform upon login and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the account.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the kab111 Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

kab111 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The current version of these Terms always supersedes all prior versions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kab111's operating jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from within Pakistan acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to them.

In the event of a dispute between you and kab111 regarding any bet settlement, account decision, or application of these Terms, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Support: Contact kab111 customer support with full details of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within seven (7) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may escalate the matter in writing to kab111's compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a final position letter within fourteen (14) business days.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, you may seek external resolution through any dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law.

kab111's decision regarding bet settlements and game outcomes, once confirmed by the compliance team, shall be final and binding, except where a clear technical error is subsequently demonstrated.
